General Policies:
Service Charges:
- All the prices are mentioned in our website are GST free as this business is not registered for GST and We do not charge GST from our clients.
- We prefer Cash payment and all the prices are shown in our website are for Cash rate.
- We hold right to amend and tailor our charges depending of the Client/Learner’s locations, needs and timing of the particular appointments.
- All the prices related to the Lessons, Packages and Mock tests are for within 5 km radius of Melton VicRoads office.
- We may ask reasonable higher prices for suburbs which are away from 5 km radius of Melton VicRoads office.
Lesson Start and finish time:
- We do our best to be fair about lesson duration. Lesson’s time will start as soon as the instructor will be at the pick-up place. Learner should be ready and waiting to be picked up to avoid any disappointment of lesson duration.
- We prefer same place for the Pick-up and Drop off. We don’t mind to Drop off different place unless its way too far or totally opposite of our next Client.
- We do not carry other than learner during lesson time to minimize the risk of injuries in an emergency situation.
Drive Test:
- Drive Test with ‘Warm-up’ Lesson Package, we pick up the client 1 hour before the Test. We let the learner to drive up until 5-10 minutes before the Test and then take them to the VicRoads office for the Test appointment. And after the Test, we drop them home.
Drive Test refund Policy:
- We do full refund of our service charge (but not the VicRoads charges) if our Car is broken or not suitable for the Test.
- We do not offer any Refund for the following cases:
- Client/Learner is not fully prepared for the Test
- Missing documents such as Passport or any ID’s
- Non-completion of Hazard Test
- Arriving late
- Inaccurate appointment date and time
- We do not offer any Refund in case of Intervention due to reckless driving during the Test. It is our duty to intervene in an emergency situation to avoid any accident and personal damage.
Lessons Cancelation Policy
It is highly recommended to all of our valuable clients that do not cancel your pre-booked appointment, as it will not only hamper our work but also deprive others from not getting the opportunity.
We do understand that the emergency situation does occur in our life and things may go wrong unexpectedly. To serve and protect our valuable clients with the best service possible, we have placed the following cancelation policies:
Pre-booked Lessons and Package Lessons Cancelation:
